Booking Policy for Art Workshops

If you must cancel your registration within the 45 days preceeding the workshop, there will be NO REFUND of workshop fees, unless your cancelled space is filled by another paying student.
A processing fee of $30.00 will be withheld. NO EXCEPTIONS. The $30. processing fee will be in effect if you are transfering from one workshop to another.
Bear Valley Highlands is not responsible for airfare, travel and hotel costs for students if the instructor cancels the workshop at the last minute.
